Landscape Foreman / Landscape Crew Lead

Looking for full time help working 10 hour days Monday-Friday. In need of a landscaping Foreman.

Essential Duties:
Is responsible for on-site supervision of a landscape crew consisting of 2-4 people.

Can safely operate equipment for landscape installation including skid loader, saw, edging machines, and compactors.

Provides training and mentorship to landscaping crew to ensure success.

Plan, schedule and supervise all assigned jobs.

Ability to interpret and execute detailed landscape plans including understanding of math and elevations.

Ability to identify and install plants per landscape plan.

Ability to keep jobs on schedule and on budget while meeting production rates and maintaining quality standards.

Positive attitude and great work ethic are a must, opportunities to advance quickly with the right team member. Valid drivers license and reliable way to work everyday.

2 years landscaping experience is required.

Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
